‘CASINO’ SAUCE
Yield: 2 cups
150g sour cream
100g mayo
50g buttermilk
25g lemon juice
15g scallion
9g mint
9g parsley
9g basil
6g fresh dill
2g salt
1g onion powder
1g garlic powder
1g black pepper
Combine all ingredients in a blender or VitaPrep and blend until homogenous. Sauce should be smooth and avocado-green, and a little foamy. For an herbier-looking sauce, finely chop all herbs and combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl, using a whisk to incorporate until desired consistency. Keep up to a week in the fridge. Stir or give a lil shaky-shake before serving.
